Kirby was a great boxer, woman and all around champ. I remember the first time I met both Kirby and Peggy and of course Graham. They were all so kind and quick to become great friends whom I saw at several boxing events. I have nothing but respect for all three and even though Kirby was an opponent on the other side of the ring, it was always left in the ring and on the outside we were friends. Here’s to a wonderful life ended too soon and knwo tht you will always be loved and never forgotten dear friend. Take care and God Bless Kirby!

My sympathy to Kirby’s family, friends, and boxing family. What a tragedy to happen to such an accomplished young woman. When I see what she has done in 25 short years I can’t help but think that she has fought a good fight. Rest in peace Kirby

My sympathy and condolences to the Kirby’s family and her boxing and sheriff families. I am so saddened by her passing, She was a truly special person who always had a positive comment for me and a smile. And oftentimes a sassy remark to make me laugh.Truly she was loved. I have to take comfort knowing she is at peace now and happy but will miss her badly. She sure lived a lot of life in 25 years. Love you kid! xo

    Dearest Kirb,

My fellow warrior and friend. No words can justify the sorrow, pain and regret myself and so many others are feeling from this dreadful news. I will miss your warm presence, your knowledge, determination and silent but magnetic demeanor that made you so likeable. I can’t understand why you’ve been taken away from this life with so little time to leave your mark. You did though Kirb, you made an impact on so many lives, myself included and i will forever respect the stong women you represent.

    Things i won’t miss:

That god damn left hook – you certainly had some power Kirb!

    Love ya…MIss ya..Always.
